Cesare Cesa Bianchi | Silvano Spinelli

I was born in 1952 in Montignoso, a town in Versilia (Tuscany) with the sea in front of me and the marble quarry mountains behind. In my life, I have been working in the creation and development of companies dedicated to cancer research.
Mountains are my passion, but I am certainly not a highly qualified mountaineer, on the contrary! In Mountain Kingdom, I represent and 'defend' all those who go to the mountains and still need to have a professional guide near them in order to enjoy the immense pleasures of the highlands and peaks in total safety. Joking aside, my role in Mountain Kingdom is to look after the strategic and organisational part of the business, to take care of the financial and economical aspects and to assist in solving complicated matters.
I am bound to my partners by a strong friendship nurtured during many moments of joy in the mountains and in the long dark and cold days and nights spent under the snow at various base camps. Our respect for each other has no limits, which is what enables us to place out complete trust in one another.
I am very fond of skiing off piste on steep descents and powdery snow but I also love high altitude, I will never forget the Tibetan high plains or the dusty, yet dignified people of Nepal. I hope, with Mountain Kingdom, to allow many others to enjoy the wondrous mountain beauties of the world.
